How do I earn TrueBlue points?

With your JetBlue Card, you earn 3 TrueBlue points for every $1 spent on purchases made directly with JetBlue Airways, 2 points for every $1 spent on restaurant and grocery store purchases as defined by the Merchant Category Code and 1 point for every $1 spent on all other purchases. Please note that your total purchases include purchases made by you and your authorized users, and that returns and refunds will be deducted from the total. Barclays is not responsible for incorrectly coded purchases.

Points earned through the JetBlue Card are transferred to your TrueBlue account after the close of each monthly billing statement. You may not earn points, and/or may forfeit points not yet transferred to your TrueBlue account, during any billing cycle in which your credit card account is closed or is not in good standing under the terms of the Cardmember Agreement. Balance transfers, cash advances, cash equivalent transactions, fees, finance charges, and unauthorized/fraudulent transactions do not earn TrueBlue points.

How many bonus points will I earn for using the card in the first 90 days?

You can earn 10,000 bonus points after making $1,000 in purchases with your credit card account within 90 days of account opening - purchases that are not later returned or rescinded. This one-time offer is valid for first-time cardmembers with new accounts only. Your bonus points will be deposited into your TrueBlue account 4-6 weeks after your qualifying transactions have posted.
How do I redeem points for Award Flights?

Once you have enough TrueBlue points for an Award Flight, redeeming is easy. Visit jetblue.com/trueblue and sign in to your TrueBlue account. Click on "Book Travel". Then, select the option to search using points.

The number of Points required for an Award Flight is determined by JetBlue in its sole discretion based on the published base fare at the time of booking, which depends on, among other things, the flight choses and applicability of peak travel periods. The number of points required for a particular flight may change at any time until the booking is confirmed and Points are applied as payment for the Award Flight. Yes. Cardmembers in good standing will qualify for a 50% savings on eligible purchases made using their credit card account on JetBlue-operated flights, including cocktails and food. Sorry, but wireless internet access and duty-free purchases do not qualify. This offer is available on eligible flights as long as supplies last. Your savings will appear as a statement credit 4-6 weeks after your transaction posts to your account.
What does no foreign transaction fees mean?
What is a chip card?

In addition to storing your account information on a magnetic stripe on the back of your card, chip cards also keep your account information on a small electronic chip. Since the chip uses encryption technology, your transaction information is very secure, and your card is almost impossible to reproduce. The JetBlue Card is a chip-and-signature card with PIN capability for use at unattended terminals - offering U.S cardmembers optimal acceptance and convenience when travelling internationally.
