What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
You can report a lost or stolen card online using the Barclays US App. Select Manage my cards at the bottom of the home screen and choose Report fraud or Lost card.
Be sure to check your transactions and let us know if there are any that you didn’t authorize. After receiving your report of a lost or stolen card, we'll immediately close it so no unauthorized charges can be made, and we'll send a replacement card with a new number. After ordering your card, look for the Card Tracker at the top of the app for delivery information. You can add your new card number to your digital wallet, giving you uninterrupted use of your account.
You can also report a lost or stolen card through our website. Log in to your account and select Manage my card from the Services menu.
