Paperless Credit Card Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in credit card paperless statements you agree to receive your monthly statement electronically. You will be notified via email when your monthly statement is available to view on the BarclaysUS website or Barclays mobile app. Electronic statements are available in HTML and/or Portable Document Format (PDF).

Minimum System Requirements

To view and retain your credit card paperless statement, your computer must be capable of printing or storing web pages and documents in PDF.

Confirmation of Enrollment in Paperless Statement

You will receive a courtesy email confirmation of your enrollment in paperless statements, and will be notified monthly when your statement is available to be viewed online.

You may also receive one additional paper statement in the mail before enrollment in paperless statements begins.

Getting a Paper Statement

To request a paper copy of your statement, you may contact Customer Service at (866) 928-3075. You may also print a copy of a statement for online.

De-enrolling in Paperless Statements

You can de-enroll by signing in at BarclaysUS online and selecting Services or within the Barclays mobile app Account Settings page.

Updating Email Address

We will send a monthly email notification to the email address we have on file, when your statement is available to be viewed online. It is your responsibility to promptly update any changes to your email address. To change your email address, log in to BarclaysUS, and update the Your Profile section. If our attempts to notify you via email are unsuccessful for two consecutive months, we will resume mailing your paper statement.
