Once you have enough TrueBlue points for an Award Flight, redeeming is easy. Visit jetblue.com/trueblue and sign in to your TrueBlue account. Click on "Book Travel." Then, select the option to search using points.

The number of points required for an Award Flight is determined by JetBlue in its sole discretion based on the published base fare at the time of booking, which depends on, among other things, the flight chosen and applicability of peak travel periods. The number of points required for a particular flight may change at any time until the booking is confirmed and points are applied as payment for the Award Flight. Taxes and fees apply to award flights, are the responsibility of the passenger, and will vary based on your departure and destination cities. See https://trueblue.jetblue.com/web/trueblue/how-it-works-using-points for full details on Award Flights.

  • Do my TrueBlue points expire?

Points earned and deposited into your TrueBlue account don’t expire! However, should a member close his or her TrueBlue account, the points in that account will be forfeited. TrueBlue program Terms and Conditions apply.

  • Are there any blackout dates for Award Flights?

No! Redeem for Award Flights with no blackout dates on JetBlue-operated flights.

  • Is my first checked bag free on JetBlue flights?

Yes. You and up to 3 travel companions on the same reservation, who have purchased Blue fares, will each receive their first checked bag free on JetBlue-operated flights that do not include first checked bag free. All ticket purchases must be made with your JetBlue Business Card, and the business owner’s TrueBlue member number must be entered at the time of booking. Applicable overweight and excess baggage fees apply.

  • How do I earn Mosaic?

You’ll qualify for Mosaic after spending $50,000 on net purchases made between January 1st and December 31st each calendar year.  Purchases made by employees also count toward your qualifying spend. Please allow 4-6 weeks for Mosaic after you’ve qualified. Once qualified, you’ll be eligible for Mosaic for the remainder of the current calendar year and the following calendar year – as long as your credit card account remains open, active and in good standing.

Please see https://trueblue.jetblue.com/web/trueblue/mosaic for details regarding Mosaic benefits and terms.

  • How do I earn 10% of my points back?

With the Award Flight Redemption Bonus, you will receive 10% of your points back as a bonus after you redeem for and travel on a JetBlue-operated Award Flight. For example, if you redeem a JetBlue-operated Award Flight using 20,000 TrueBlue points, 2,000 of your points will be deposited back into your TrueBlue membership account after you take the flight. This Award Flight Redemption Bonus will be deposited into your TrueBlue membership account 4-6 weeks after you take your JetBlue-operated Award Flight. There is no maximum number of bonus TrueBlue points you can receive annually with this benefit. This bonus only applies to the TrueBlue points redeemed from the primary cardmember’s TrueBlue membership account. For the benefit to apply, your Account must be open at the time of travel on your JetBlue-operated Award Flight.

  • What does no foreign transaction fees mean?

No foreign transaction fees means you won't be charged a transaction fee on purchases you make while traveling internationally.

  • How can I receive a $100 statement credit on a JetBlue Vacations package purchase?

For each calendar year that you purchase a JetBlue Vacations package of $100 or more with your JetBlue Business Card at jetblue.com or 1-800-JETBLUE, you'll receive a $100 statement credit–as long as your credit card account remains open, active and in good standing. Your savings will appear as a statement credit 6-8 weeks after your transaction posts to your account.

  • Can I save on inflight purchases?

Yes. The 50% savings is on food and drink including cocktails, beer, wine and meals. Savings do not apply to any other inflight purchases, such as pillows, earphones or upgraded seats/cabins. Sorry, but wireless internet access and duty-free purchases do not qualify. Your savings will appear as a statement credit 4-6 weeks after your transaction posts to your account.

  • What is a chip card?

In addition to storing your account information on a magnetic stripe on the back of your card, chip cards also keep your account information on a small electronic chip. Since the chip uses encryption technology, your transaction information is very secure, and your card is almost impossible to reproduce. The JetBlue Business Card is a chip-and-signature card with PIN capability for use at unattended terminals – offering U.S. cardmembers optimal acceptance and convenience when traveling abroad.

  • What is $0 Fraud Liability protection?

This means that you are not responsible for any unauthorized transactions made with your account that you report to us in a timely manner.

  • Can each of my employees have their own card?

Yes. A credit line is issued in the name of your business. Think of it as a master account that you and any employee who you choose can access. Each card, including your own, will have a unique card number with access to the company account's master credit line. You can control how much of the master line each card can access, set a single purchase limit for individual employees, and determine which employees have access to cash.

All charges are separated by card number on the monthly billing statement sent to your attention. All activity for you and your employees is neatly consolidated monthly into one outstanding balance on one billing statement.

  • What other benefits of the JetBlue Business Card would be valuable to a small business owner?

The JetBlue Business Card offers small business owners increased flexibility and spending control:
